Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Naira Dadi overwhelmed Kartik returns to Goenka house

The upcoming episode of Star Plus longest running show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai will show major twist in the show.

Naira's efforts finally showed it's effect, Naira gets attacked by a set of goons which gets Naira seriously injured.

Naira is hospitalized which gets Kartik tensed and worried, Kartik recalls how her mother also suffered such incident.

Kartik had lost his mother in such an accident where she was alone and there wasn't anyone to help her and thus Kartik don't want to loose Naira.

Kartik don't want same to happen to Naira, Dadi and Swarna supports Kartik amid his hard time and turns his support.

Kartik finally realized that how much important family is, takes decision to return back home.
