Pehredaar Piya Ki goes off air, creates history on Indian television

Sony Entertainment Television's show Pehredaar Piya Ki remained in the controversy from the time if it's inception.

The show got much criticism based on the storyline which involves that a eighteen years old girl marries a eight years old boy.

The story revolves around the marriage of Diya and Ratan, Diya had turned Pehredaar for Ratan.

Diya tries to protect Ratan from his own family who tried to kill him for money and property.

Diya and Ratan's story ends with controversy

While the story received much negative publicity and is suddenly pulled off from Monday.

I & B took step towards it and thus show goes off air while the producers Shashi Sumeet has promised to return back with post leap story of Pehredaar Piya Ki.

The post leap story will depicts how Ratan turns young and how their love will proceed forward.
