Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon 3: Chandni (Shivani Tomar) and Advay's (Barun Sobti) new beginning via Chandni's shower of love 

The upcoming episode of Star Plus popular daily soap Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon 3 will show an interesting twist in the love drama.

Advay will faint and Chandni rushes him to hospital where she discovers that Advay has only one kidney.

Advay's kidney is also not working properly and this gets Chandni shocked while she tries to take care of Advay.
