Kundali Bhagya: Karan's (Dheeraj Dhoopar) concern for Preeta (Shraddha Arya) marks beginning of love 

The upcoming episode of Zee TV's popular daily soap Kundali Bhagya is going to go dramatic way.

Preeta, Srishti and Sarla had been accused for food adulteration and Sarla is arrested in the charges.

Preeta requests Rishabh to save Sarla from charges he had also agreed but Kareena's master stroke stops him.

Kareena plays emotional game and thus Rishabh refuses to help Preeta while Karan can't see Preeta's tears.
