The upcoming episode of Colors popular daily soap Ek Shringaar Swabhimaan is up for some romance time amid Naina and Karan.
Karan and Naina had been separated by NK after Khyati's marriage as Naina had helped in the marriage.
Naina gets shocked knowing about Dadaji's condition and heart attack and thus disguises as maid to enter Chauhan house.
Naina will come to see Dadaji and promises him to set all things right soon, while Naina goes to Karan's room.
Karan comes to room after bathing and was in towel, Naina tries to flirt with Karan.
While Karan doesn't know that she is Naina, but soon realise that she is his lady love Naina and thus romances with Naina.
