Naamkaran: Ali (Gautam Vij) turns savior for Avni (Aditi Rathore), Neil, Mishti from Vidhyut's trap, Ali to sacrifice life 

The upcoming episode of Star Plus popular daily soap Naamkaran is up for some new drama and twists.
