It was earlier seen that Uma married Kanak forcibly indicating their union to be Lord Shiv’s blessings.
Uma thus apologizes before Lord Shiv for all his past mistakes and always distrusting Kanak over Maasi and Aditya.
Uma thus takes a pledge to always love and never divorce Kanak in his entire lifetime.
However, Uma and Kanak was about to get married but Nanda frames Uma in running duplicate Matruveda medicines which led to death of Palomi.
