Gangaa: Ganga refuses to marry Sagar post Niru's heart attack

The upcoming episode will show that Sagar insults Niranjan and calls him dual faced.

Pulkit also asks for his share of property and divides the house.

Niru is shattered by all this and gets heart attack.

Madhvi rushes Niru to hospital and his treatment starts.
