Star Plus popular show Yeh Rishta Kya Khelata Hai is going to showcase interesting twist and turn in Kartik and Naira’s life.

It seems Kartik still manages to stay upset with Naira due to past misunderstanding created by Dadi which eventually took toll on Kartik Naira’s marital cum love life.
