Ishita and Raman decide to keep Ishita's pregnancy as secret from family in Yeh Hai Mohabbatein

Currently there is a very happy atmosphere in Star Plus show Yeh Hai Mohabbatein as Ishita (Divyanka Tripathi) is finally pregnant and Raman (Karan Patel) and Ruhi (Ruhanika Dhawan) are seen taking extreme care of her. 

It is seen that Ruhi approaches Dr. Manoj to persuade him to treat her Ishima again.

Manoj asks Ishita to carry out pregnancy test which turns positive making Ishita extremely happy. 

Ishita and Raman decide to keep the news a secret as they do not want family to feel disappointed in case of a miscarriage later. 

Raman and Ishita inform Ruhi to keep mum

In the upcoming episode Santoshi and other family members will notice Raman taking a lot of care of Ishita and will wonder what’s on.

Ruhi will be seen accidently admitting about Ishita’s pregnancy.
