It was earlier seen that post Dadi learns about Naira’s pregnancy complications she comes back home and calls up Singhania family too.

Naitik and Devyani gets tensed thinking about some major problem in Goenka house and rushes there.

While Dadi questions Naira about her infertility before everyone leaving her embarrassed and angered.

Kartik boost Naira’s broken morale

However, Kartik turns Naira’s support but Dadi does not allow Kartik to support Naira.
