Naamkaran: Positive change in KK is temporary storm in Neil (Zain Imam) and Avni's (Aditi Rathore) life

It was earlier seen that Saisha’s (Payal Bhojwani) pregnancy news brings major storm in Avni’s life where she believes she failed to nurture Saisha in correct manner.

Avni also slaps Saisha continuously for expecting a baby before marriage that too from a person like KK (Zaan Khan) who cannot even take a stand for his love.

Avni thus decides to abort the baby seeing no future while KK comes to stop the abortion at the nick of time.
