In the upcoming episode of ZEE TV show Kundali Bhagya loyal viewers will get to witness interesting twist in Karan (Dheeraj Dhooper) and Preeta’s (Shraddha Arya) life.

It seems Preeta is all set to get engaged to Prithvi whom she does not even love and thus is having mixed feelings over the same.

However, Shrishti makes Preeta realise that Karan is the right man for Preeta and not Prithvi who does not even bother for her.

Preeta in dilemma to confess love for Karan

Preeta initially rubbishes off Shrishti’s words but later recalls Shristhi’s words and assumes her to be correct as Karan is the only one who cares for her and is always besides her through thick and thin.
