Apparantely trade expert, Amul Mohan, Editor of Super Cinema has revealed about the weekend earning.
Amul thus enlightened that the response towards the film is extremely good, “The opening day will be in the range of Rs 27-28 crore. Advance booking of has been to the tune of Rs 20 crore. It opened good! Occupancy is slightly more than 60-70 per cent. For a non-holiday, these are great numbers. It is a good family film. It does deal with a lot of references to drugs in the first half but it’s done tastefully. It shouldn’t be a problem. It won’t be a deal breaker of any sort. It will get a very good lifetime total number also. The way it has opened and is running, it can definitely be one of the highest-grossers of the year”.
Director Rajkumar Hirani has nailed the magic with entertainment filled with emotions and thus the film assures Rs 100 in the opening weekend itself.
