Zee TV’s love story Ishq Subhan Allah is up with some high voltage drama with some exciting twist in tale.

As known, Kabir saves Zara from train tragedy and apologizes for being rude and insensitive towards her.

However, there will be another twist where Kabir will fall unconscious with sickness.

It will be seen that Kabir will be down with extreme pneumonia and will become unconscious.

This will make Zara helpless, as there will be no one to help her out taking Kabir to the hospital.

However, Zara will show immense courage and somehow will manage to take Kabir to hospital in time.

All these sequence of incidents will make Kabir realize Zara’s unconditional and selfless love for him.
