Simmi now targets Mrs Bhalla and uses superstitious belief to tells Mrs Bhalla that Ishita isn't auspicious for little Adi.
Simmi turns such situation making Mrs Bhalla believe that Ishita is inauspicious for Adi and she needs to keep Adi away from Ishita.
Simmi now brainwashes Mrs Bhalla that she can not seprates Adi from Ishita until Ishita is alive and thus suggest her to kill Ishita.
