The upcoming episode of Colors popular daily soap Silsila Badalte Rishton Ka is gearing up for some interesting twist and drama.

Kunal and Nandini are behaving awkward with each other but Mauli is not paying attention towards it as she is busy in herself.

Mauli is planning a surprise for Kunal by opening her clinic, Kunal is unaware about it.
