YRKKH: Shocking Twist ! Naira collapse amid Kartik's wedding major showdown ahead

The upcoming episode of Star Plus popular daily soap Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is up for some interesting twist and drama.

Naira and Kartik are having their tough time, Naira had put end to her love for Kartik and accepts to go away from him.

Naira even wants to earn Kartik's hatred and is ready to do anything for that and sends away her engagement ring for Aashi.

Kartik is much miffed with it and takes promise from Naira that she will come at his wedding and Naira makes promise.

Naira postpones her surgery to go to Kartik's wedding and Singhania family tries to stop her but of no use.

Naira reaches to Kartik's wedding and sees Kartik with teary eyes and had moment of pain while Kartik and Aashi sits at mandap for wedding ceremony.

Naira collapse down and falls, everyone is shocked and Kartik leaves his wedding to rush Naira to hospital.
