Dil Hi Toh Hai: Mysterious surprise gift in Ritwik's birthday bash Palak clueless of upcoming storm

The upcoming episode of Sony Entertainment Television popular daily soap Dil Hi Toh Hai is up for some interesting twist and drama.

Palak is happy as it's Ritwik's birthday and wants to make it special for him and thus plans a surprise.
