YRKKH: Naira's karvachauth fast turns reason of clash amid Kartik Naksh

Kartik is leaving no stone unturned to take care of Naira while now it's karvachauth festival ahead.

Kartik warns Naira to not keep fast as she is not well while Naira has her own plans to secret keep the fast.
