Bela is shattered to see as how she had to bear double betrayal, where on one side she had lost her love Mahir and on other friend Vish.
Vish is playing game with Bela and made Mahir realise that he loves her and not Bela.
Bela is broken as she has lost her strength that is Mahir, while Vish is doing all this just for Vikrant.
