Khatri on other hand pretends to be the best friend of Ashok but is not, Khatri is a true businessman and his friendship is also a business deal.

Khatri soon finds that Ashok's house is even not his and is mortgaged with the bank, Khatri thus shows his true colors.

Khatri shows his true colors and leaves Ashok in his devastated state and breaks friendship.

Ashok is shocked as he had lost everything that is family and wife, Ashok thus realise his mistake.
