Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Naira's (Shivangi Joshi) big dilemma to choose Kairav or Kartik (Mohsin Khan), Vedika's happiness 

Star Plus popular daily soap Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is up for new twist in the story and big dhamaka is to unfold.

Naira was heading to Udaipur to meet Goenka family but stops because of Kairav's ill health.

Kairav falls ill, while here Akhilesh is puzzled what to do to stop this wedding of Kartik and Vedika.
