Star Plus popular daily soap Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is going to bring interesing twist.

Kartik and Vedika's wedding is planned and the day of wedding arrives, while here Naira is in trouble.

Naira's only reason to live that is Kairav is in critical state and wants to meet Kartik and Goenka family before operation.

Vedika takes step back
