Star Plus is coming up with all new show Sanjivani 2 which is going to go on air from 12th August, 2019.
The show is a remake of 2002 Sanjivani which was much famous at that time.
The show is based on a hospital drama and struggles of medical profession which is now more commercialised.
The show will cover all aspects of it, be it personal struggles of character or its commercialised aspect.
Dr Shashank (Mohnish Bahl) is the head of the management of Sanjivani hospital and has an old school approach to it as he still believes it to be a noble profession.
While Dr Vardhan (Rohit Roy) who is part of board of members is against it and wants to work it out to generate more revenues and profits for the institution.
