Seemingly Deepika Padukone is going to face a lot of challenges in the release of her upcoming movie ‘Chhapaak’.

Where the movie Chhapaak is releasing on January 10, Deepika Padukone is busy in the promotions.

Meanwhile, the bollywood actress Deepika Padukone visited New Delhi’s Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) on Tuesday January 7 to support the victim students after the attack.

Deepika Padukone attended the meeting for around 15 minutes.

On 5th January, 2020 some masked men busted into the campus and attacked students and professors with sticks and iron rods.

Meanwhile, Deepika Padukone’s support to the victims at such a crucial time has put her movie release in danger.

After her visit to the JNU students, the incident instantly triggered calls by ruling BJP to boycott Deepika Padukone’s movie ‘Chhapaak’.

The trouble is not getting more intensified for Deepika after the boycott Chhapaak hashtag started trending on Twitter.

Although the twitter hashtag and tweet later got removed from the fake twitter account, claimed to be of Pakistan Army...Deepika Padukone's fans are also finding it hard to support Deepika and her movie.

Deepika Padukone's Chhapaak is releasing on January 10 where the story is inspired from the life struggle of acid victim and activist, Laxmi Aggarwal.

On one side, Deepika Padukone's fans are praising her such courage to support JNU at such crucial time before the two days of her movie release, some are calling it as Deepika's intentional move to promote her movie.
