Star Plus longest running show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is gearing up for intense drama and twist.

Kartik and Naira's life seems to be completely changing as they are all set to welcome their baby.

Naira goes in operation theatre after much drama ad doctor had refused to operate on her because of past instances.

While Dadi manages to convince the doctor and here Naira is taken to operation theatre while here Kartik also support her.

Kartik once again faints in operation theatre as he couldn't take it and here Naira asks Kartik to leave but he stays back.

Naira's pregnancy had complications and thus needs to be operated and thus Naira and Kartik finally welcomes their new baby after much struggle.

Naira and Kartik welcomes their new baby to this world and its a baby girl and Kartik is much excited.
