Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Kartik (Mohsin Khan) confess Riddhima's (Vrushika Mehta) truth, Naira blames self 

Star Plus longest running show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is bringing new twist in the story with leap twist.

Kartik and Naira are staying at Mumbai away from family and on top of that away from each other.

Kartik and Naira are doing this for Kairav while family and others aren't aware of it.

Here Naira is happy and preparing for Kairav's birthday while she sees Kartik, Kairav and Riddhima together.

Naira is shocked and puzzled to see Kartik with Riddhima and Kairav, Riddhima's friendliness and questions Kartik.

Kartik and Naira's confession

Kartik finally confess truth to Naira that Riddhima is Kairav's counsellor and Kairav needs that to get out of trauma.

Naira is left in tears and says that she is to be blamed for this, while Kartik consoles her over this and asks her to not do that and he hide truth because of this.
