Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Kartik (Mohsin Khan) shocked at Sirat's (Shivangi Joshi) entry in Goenka house

Kartik and Sirat had their meeting, Kartik is shaken by it and knows that it may trouble his family.

Kartik knows that Sirat is Naira's look-a-like but also knows that she isn't Naira.
