YRKKH: Kartik Ranveer's accident twist Sirat in dilemma

Kartik, Sirat and Ranveer's story is getting complicated day by day as Ranveer is getting insecure.

Ranveer is getting insecure over the fact that Sirat is still concerned for Kartik and Kairav.
