Yeh Hai Mohabbatein: Aliya shattered post Mihir's (Raj Singh Arora) accident, confesses love before Ishita (Divyanka Tripathi Dahiya)

The upcoming episode of Yeh Hai Mohabbatein will show high voltage drama where Mihir will get injured while fighting with goons.

Mihir gets seriously injured and Aliya rushes him to hospital, Aliya looses her senses seeing Mihir in such state.

Aliya is shattered, Ishita comes to hospital getting Mihir's accident news and gets shocked seeing Aliya's state.

Aliya is disheartened seeing Mihir as she loves him, Ishita consoles Aliya and asks her to go home.

Aliya refuses to return home without Mihir, confesses that she loves Mihir and can't leave him.

Adi is shocked hearing this feels frustrated loosing his first love Aliya.
