Yeh Hai Mohabbatein: Mihir (Raj Singh Arora) marries breaking Aliya's heart, tries to unite Adi and Aliya (Krishna Mukherjee)

The upcoming episode of Yeh Hai Mohabbatein will show that Aliya has already confessed her feelings for Mihir before Ishita.

Ishita is shocked knowing this and Aliya takes care of Mihir in hospital which makes Mihir awkward.

Mihir later realize that Aliya likes him and is doing all this because of her feelings for him.

Mihir also came to know that Adi his nephew loves Aliya while Aliya loves him and thus decides to take a drastic step.
