Yeh Hai Mohabbatein: Mihir (Raj Singh Arora) refuses to accept Aliya's (Krishna Mukherjee) love, Aliya attempts suicide  

The upcoming episode of Yeh Hai Mohabbatein will show high voltage drama where Aliya had confessed her love for Mihir to Ishita.

Adi's heart breaks hearing this and is shattered to loose his first love Aliya.

Raman and Ishita could understand it as they knew that Adi loves Aliya and wants to propose her.
