In the Past episodes We have witnessed As Karan has passed away after he falls from the dam, Preeta breaks down seeing his Dead Body.
However Prithvi gets to know that Preeta is Pregnant and comes to the Luthras.
Much to their shock, he tells them that Preeta is Pregnant with his Baby while the Luthras denies to trust him.

Well they are happy to have Karan's Blood in Preeta as a Baby and asks her to get Married to Rishabh while Preeta locks herself.
The Story takes an interesting turn when Preeta blames them of trying to seperate Karan and her.
On the other side, Rishabh is shocked and he doesn't want to get Married to Preeta as she is Love of Karan.
Having no other choice, For the sake of the Baby they both gets Married to each other.
Well there is a not so surprising thing on the way. Preeta considers Karan as her Husband even after getting Married to Rishabh and doesn't give him the place of her Husband. Dramatic much?
