The Game starts as they play the song where Abhimanyu and Akshara remember their Past moments. Akshara keeps staring at Abhimanyu as he starts to set Bangles.
Akshara gets hurt as Abhimanyu makes her wear the Bangles. Abhimanyu doesn't notice it. They are asked to hide their hands. They are then asked to show. Abhimanyu and Akshara wins.
Akshara excuses herself and takes out the glass piece from her wrist and removes her Bangles.
Abhimanyu comes for her help and asks why she didn't tell him and they both yet again argue.
Aarohi notices them and thinks something is happening between them and decide to expose them. Akshara denies his help.
He tells her that he is her Husband so he can help. She tells him he is only Husband and not God so he can't force her.
He tells her he is not the Villan and her pain hurts him. He treats her hand as she hisses in pain.
Aarohi asks to play a surprise Game and says that they should play near where Abhimanyu and Akshara are.
Akshara asks him to leave her hand and he asks whether he can leave and she asks him what does he want.
Aarohi brings the whole Family there and they see Abhimanyu getting angry at Akshara but they cover it.
Later they gets to know that Aarohi brought them there to play a surprise Game. Aarohi says she don't want to play anymore. Further they give Birlas gifts.
Kairav tells Abhimanyu that they will enjoy a lot when they come again. They tells her that they will miss her and Akshara looks at Abhimanyu.
Abhimanyu panics as Suhasini gets Ill and her Blood Pressure increases. Suhasini denies Injection. Abhimanyu gives her Injection and she doesn't even feel it.
Suhasini tells them how she wanted to give Abhimanyu and Akshara Pearls for their Happiness.
Suhasini tells them how hard it is to understand each other. She tells them how it will be Happiness once everything is understood. Manjiri tells them how something can affect their Relationship.

Akshara comes running to Abhimanyu and hugs him. Suhasini is admitted in the Hospital.
Abhimanyu tells Akshara that this happened because of stress and asks her whether she got to know about their Fight. Suhasini looks at them.
