Recently We have seen that while in the Hospital , Akshara comes running to Abhimanyu and cries near him as he asks her what happened. They admit Suhasini in the Hospital after she is brought on stretcher.
Abhimanyu tells Akshara that it has happened because of stress and he wonders whether she got to know about their Fight.
As Suhasini Wishes for them to be happy and together always, Abhimanyu and Akshara break down after Akshara excuses herself.

Later Akshara is adamant to stay in the Hospital to take care of Suhasini and they let her stay there.
Adorable Abhimanyu stays with Akshara in the Hospital and makes her sleep on his shoulder not wanting her to feel alone.
However the next day, Kairav sees Akshara upset and attacks Abhimanyu asking him to tell what he said to Akshara.
Even though Akshara takes stand for herself, Abhimanyu gets furious and misunderstands Akshara.
