The Story takes an interesting turn when Sai gives a full Diet to Pakhi and asks her to Eat it telling her to bear the consequences of becoming the Surrogate Mother.
Unfortunately Bhavani gets furious with Sai's behavior and also mocks her for being InFertile which hurts Sai but she ignores it.
But her anger and patience crosses it's limits when yet again Pakhi does her drama where Bhavani supports her. Sai directly Warns them shocking everyone.
