However Abhimanyu is not in a condition to do anything as in do the Surgeries and he breaks down seeing his Career crumbling down in front of his Eyes.
On the other side Akshara gives her best to make Abhimanyu proud after Manjiri tells her about his dream to see her as the Best.
Unfortunately she breaks down when Anand suddenly reveals the Truth to her about Abhimanyu and his Nerve Injury which could lead to the worst.
Akshara however picks it all up and decides to become his Support instead of crying over it. She decides to give him the much needed courage.
