Recently We have seen that Abhimanyu faces Humiliations in the Hospital when few interns mock him for his Hand Injury while Akshara lectures them to be good Humans first. 

However now Akshara is more determined to get Abhimanyu's Surgery done by Kunal after knowing he is only one who can heal him.
