YRKKH: Akshara's absence make it difficult for Abhimanyu to recover completely from surgery

Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai will surely climb up the ladders of success to the first position as Akshara and Abhimanyu will get separated.

Kunal will be seen not giving time to Akshara even to meet up and cure Abhimanyu post surgery.
