Recently We have seen that after escaping from getting caught, Kairav calls Akshara and asks her to meet him which Abhimanyu hears.
As Abhimanyu goes for Surgery, Kunal tells Akshara that he will perform Surgery only of she gives her Life to Maya to which she agrees.
Abhimanyu who has come out ot the Operation Theatre sees that Akshara is gone and feels betrayed as he sees the video of hers with Akshara.
