Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein is revolving around Sai talking to a lawyer.
It seems that Sai is having a tough time trying to understand the fact that she cannot stay with Vinayak.
She will go to a lawyer to demand Vinayak’s custody.
However the lawyer will tell Sai that she has no right over Vinayak as he has been legally adopted Virat and Pakhi.
Sai’s case is very weak as Virat is his biological father and Pakhi was his surrogate.
Sai will be seen begging the lawyer to come up with some kind of idea to get her son back.
Sai will once again be lamenting over the fact that she has lost her son without a fight.
