Thapki Pyar Ki: Bihaan (Manish Goplani) burns himself with candles seeing Thapki's (Jigyasa Singh) betrayal 

The upcoming episode of Thapki Pyar Ki will show that Kabir had proposed Thapki aka Vani in candle light.

Thapki had also accepted Kabir's proposal and increases closeness with him Kabir which irks Bihaan.

Bihaan gets jealous and also fumes in anger seeing Thapki with Kabir, Bihaan couldn't control his emotions.

Bihaan starts to hurt himself with those candles and burns himself for loving Thapki aka Vani.
