In the latest promo we have Vanraj getting hurt by a major heart attack post Kavya leaves Shah Mansion announcing one day everyone will leave him.

Vanraj locks him room only get a chest pain and falling Unconscious on ground.

Vanraj is about to say Anupama's name as her last word before falling and Leela will be seen calling Anupama in the upcoming episode in hospital where Vanraj is admitted.
