Akshara (Hina Khan) is treated and takes her last breathe in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai

The current episode starts with Natik,Naksh and police searching for Akshara.

They searches for Akshara in jungle and nearby area but didn't find her.

Natik's (Katan Mehra) intuitions warns her of Akshara being somewhere near.

Natik jumps in lake to find Akshara and saw Akshara's body near a overturned boat.

Sangram killed Akshara 

They takes her out of water and asks her to wake up and don't make the scared.

Police checks the nerves and finds her alive,Akshara is been taken to nearby hospital and got treated.

Doctors decleares Akshara's condition is critical.

Rajshree came to know about Akshara's condition and scolds Devyani for not informing her.

Akshara got really critical and episode shows that she was a midway and Dadaaji calls her from one side and Natik and children's from other side.
