Ghulam: Rangeela (Param Singh) worried for Shivani (Niti Taylor) seeing her hunger strike for Mamaji

Rangeela seeks Shivani's help to save his friend by donating blood to him, Shivani thus agrees to help.

Rangeela hides Shivani and makes her escape Behrampur to bring her to hospital for donating blood.

Doctor refuses to take Shivani's blood as she hadn't eaten anything because of her hunger strike for Mamaji.

Rangeela's concern for Shivani 

Rangeela asks Shivani to eat food as it's important but Shuvani refuses to eat anything before she meets her Mamaji.

Rangeela is scared seeing Shivani's hunger strike and her detoriating health, Rangeela asks Shivani to eat food but she refuses.

Rangeela will  thus bend before Shivani and will make her meet Mamaji by going against master Veer.
