Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: What! Kartik (Mohsin Khan) gets a good news, Sirat (Shivangi Joshi) qualifies for Asian Championship 

Star Plus longest running show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is gearing up for interesting twist and drama.

Sirat leaves her match midway for Kartik and rushes to help him and here she donates blood to save Kartik.

Here Sirat and Kartik are united while Kartik feels guilty of what all happened and how Sirat had to leave her match.
