Tu Aashiqui upcoming Colors show, cast, character detail, storyline

Colors channel is coming up with a set of new shows and that too focus is on teenage love stories.

Mahesh Bhatt is not bringing back the charm of Aashiqui 2 where he will recreate the magic on television.

Tu Aashiqui will be an inspired teenage love story which will portray the shades of love and other circumstances.

Actress Jannat Zubair Rehmani will be seen playing the female lead and Ritik will be seen in male lead.

Ritik's character in the show will be inspired from Aditya Roy Kapoor from film Aashiqui 2.

Ritik will play the character of musician Ayaan while Jannat will be seen playing the role of middle class girl Pankti Sharma.

Actress Gauri Pratham will also come back on television screen with this show and will be seen playing the role of Pankti's mother.

The show is expected to go on air around Diwali, we are eagerly waiting for a fresh new love story.
