Mohena was born on 8th July, 1988 (30 years), in Rewa, Madhya Pradesh.

Mohena is the daughter of Rewa's king, Pushpraj Singh, she started her performance in 2011 as Sarah in the television series 'Dil Dosti Dance' on Channel V.

Mohena made her fim debut with Any Body Can Dance ABCD (2013).
