In the upcoming episode of Star Plus most popular show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai loyal viewers will get to witness interesting twist.

It was earlier seen that Kartik and Naira hides the pregnancy complications issue from Goenka family.

However, Dadi comes to know about the same during Gangaur Pooja and turns spoilsport.
